They were likely referring to FP11 because, like I said in the Geno thread, FP12 is only a rumour from one of my guys at the moment. Nobody else has heard the Iwata tribute rumour aside from him but I note it because it sounds plausible.

Iwata tribute? Sounds like we might get a character from a game he was involved with. Do you have any theories as to who it could be?
Also, we do got 4 slots left over from the WOL datamine after this is all done, so this final final character would take one of them, I imagine.

Most common theories are Balloon Fighter or Lolo but it could simply wind up being a character that Iwata really secretly wanted in Smash that none of us could guess in a million years. That said, if Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service is FP12, you now know why.
