Rillaboom, Cinderace, and Toxtricity are the 3 I hear speculated the most. I’ve also heard a lesser amount of talk about Sirfetch’d. Overall, my favorite option is Rillaboom.

I know it's impossible but I really want Onix in Smash - a snake body character would be perfect, especially as a heavyweight.

If The Pokémon Company aren't being a bunch of Donkey Kongs about allowing Pokémon to be Smash DLC, I could see the Galarian Pokémon Trainer join with the three starters' final evos. I know the chances of that are infinitesimal, but it's bleeding weird how the starters' spirits weren't upgradeable.
