What stuff do you bake?

I'm baking two different kinds of cakes. One is a mirror (Christmas themed) carmel cake; the other is a vegan triple chocolate layer cake. I'm also baking two types of festive cookies, mantecaditos and vegan shaped Christmas cookies, to be precise. My little sister is on pie/cheesecake duty. I like to have options. I have a large family, and friends kinda just show up to eat uninvited lol.
