I'd take optional microtransactions over being encouraged to completely abandon your inner child.

But in all seriousness, you'd not have gotten any Banjo anything with Activision that was worth looking at. Not that Nuts & Bolts was any better. Oh, and we'd never have seen Banjo in Smash with Activision at the helm, that's for sure. In a best case scenario, they might have had a way to make HD remakes like Crash or Spyro, but I'd not hold my breath for cross over games, which likely wouldn't be good anwyay. Crash, Spyro and Banjo are all different styles of game. Mish mashing them wouldn't really make a good game.
