I wouldn't ever fully drop Zelda to Corrin, though. I just personally think Corrin is super underrated and people jump the gun too quickly without even trying.

like if I had a grab ratio I'd probably be 70/30 Corrin and 30/70 Zelda. Not even joking. Corrin could even be more.

Yeah, I never really understood the pessimism for Corrin. Still having the large disjoints, plus having an Up-Smash that actually works, combined with that buffed Up-air, equals a good character. I feel like people compare characters to the top tiers too much and think that if you don't have really good and safe options for every situation, then that character is bad. There was a time when characters weren't stupidly safe and still did well after all.

And I know what you mean about the grab. I can work around the grab, but there are sometimes specific situations where it being bad is really noticeable. Like when Hbox would sit in shield and I couldn't do anything about it, because I know the moment I try to grab, he would just spot-dodge -> Rest. I don't know why they nerfed it in the transition. It was fine how it was in 4, and now everyone can just jump or spot-dodge OoS and punish. It's not like she gets that much off of it, or what follow ups she does have, don't require DI reads. It's not like she's Joker or Palutena, who can both get ridiculous and easy combos off it.

Well, I would argue we do have good things off our grabs...sometimes ridiculous. But it's just that: sometimes. Very tight percentage and buffering windows. You can kill someone at 40, but only if they're near the edge and you likely have at least some rage...and then there's the DI factor, where an inwards/center DI probably messes it up.

We have the follow-ups, they're just hardly ever free. I doubt people have any idea unless they play Zelda.
