That's pretty difficult to do(2-frame). I tend to use D-Tilt, since that is the easiest to 2-frame with. If nothing else, go offstage and stage spike with Nayru's Love, into the Phantom slash. And yeah, it'll take experience knowing when to charge. If you do it as they need to jump to the ledge, you should have it slash after the invincibility is up.
