I get the feeling that the final pass character won't be revealed until literally a month before February 2020 (when the bundle ends), if things are going to be this slow.

Here is a wild prediction. I predict we get a dlc character every two months. Feb is Piranha Plant. April is Joker. June is the 3rd etc. I also predict that we will get a teaser for the next dlc fighter at Feb like Joker along with Gameplay footage of Joker.
