  • Illinois needs more Rare fans! And Godzilla fans! And Jurassic Park fans! And X Files fans! And Call of Duty fans!!

What I am trying to say is that Illinois can be too much. :(
Your ame is Dixie Kong but you don't have a DK avatar. Stop taking the name

Your name is KingIceSonic- talk about uninspired and boring.
One of my old friends and one of my personal heroes, Senator John McCain, have passed away this week. I hope both are in a much better place. My old friend had a mental illness, I wish more people would become aware of mental illnesses and how they affect people's lives.
    I ordered a New Nintendo 3DSXL!
Going to buy DKC Returns, Xenoblade, and Smash Bros, plus the DK Land Games on Virtual Console!
I’m thinking of getting Orcarina of Time, I’ve never played it! What else should I get? (I gave my old 3DS XL away two years ago, so I’ve already played great games like Mario Kart 7, 3D Mario Land, Mario Party)

A Link Between Worlds is great.

Also Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World, unless you already played the original on the Wii U

If you’re into rpgs i recommend you Bravely Default, and if you like it the sequel is pretty good too.
I want to play the Metroid Prime series, as someone who loves science fiction. I played the first for a bit as a kid, but I was awful at it. However, now that I’ve played the Dead Space games, I’m confident I would be better now. Should I buy them for the GameCube, Wii, or Wii U collection? Can I use the Wii U pad for the Wii U collection?

No you can't use the Wii U pad for the Wii U version. You need Wiimote and Nunchucks. Anyways, the physical Wii version is tough to find so I recommend the Wii U eShop

You can get the entire trilogy on Wii U for a whopping $20 so I'd personally go with that. However, you can't use the Wii U game pad, you need a Wiimote and Nunchuck.

If you don't like Wii aim controls then play the first two games on the GameCube, but there is no way to play Corruption (3) with a GameCube controller. I really wish there was but meh.

Hope you enjoy the ride, Prime is one of my favorite video game trilogies up there with DKC, Rayman and Ratchet & Clank Future.
Donkey Kong Country Returns, or Tropical Freeze? I love Returns, but Freeze had better enemies, great gameplay, and Dixie! Although Returns might still be my preference, I’m not sure why, I just enjoy it so much.

Tropical Freeze by an extremely large margin.

I would also pick Tropical Freeze, It's just almost perfect. Graphics are better, levels are longer and bigger, soundtrack is amazing thanks to David Wise, Dixie returns in the game, enemies are so much better designed (still missing the kremlins though). I dunno, I don't enjoy returns that much anymore after I played tropical freeze, returns feels too barebones to me now
    Favorite Rareware game, go!
For me, DK Land And DK Country!
    Should I play Conker?

my favourite Rare game is DKC2. never played BFD, but I'm not a fan of crude humour or Rare's 3D stuff, so it probably wouldn't appeal to me.

Play Conker if you are willing to play a mash-up of many gaming genres, love British humor, and not easily offended by profanity or touchy subject matter. It's a decent game.

That's tough, While I do love the Donkey Kong Series, I might have to give a slight edge to Banjo-Kazooie and Tooie, definitely give Bad Fur Day a go, it's kind of like a rated M Banjo game with a less emphases on collecting and more action, it's a very unique and weird experience and pretty funny too.
Changed pic to Godzilla 1998 to combat “Complete Trash’s” pic. Godzilla 1998 is awesome.
