Oh yeah, St. Elsewhere is a great album. I don't think theres a single person who doesn't know "Crazy" by this point, or "Forget You" when they hear his name.

I do have to admit I'm not quite seeing the connection between him and Outkast, though. I've always categorized Green's music as Funk in my head. His stuff had a tendency to go into Big Band Swing and Electronica than into Outkast's direction.

Cee Lo is an amzing rapper as well. I admit he doesn't really display it that much in that album, but if you ever hear him rap with Goodie Mob you might see it.

They actually did a song together called "Black Ice". That's probably a better example.
