I'm not like, super into competitive, but from what I know Genji does struggle against the Triple Tank meta because well, he's not supposed to be fighting tanks.

The recent PTR changes might make him more valuable since it nerfs Roadhog, D.Va and Ana, who is the main reason Triple Tank is such a power tactic. I guess we wait and see how things go.
