No way he's bottom anymore, i don't think he's still viable but the fact that he has a safe button in neutral is huge, even i didn't know how much the jab buff would matter & trust me every Ganon main wanted that buff the most.

Also feels like meritable mention: Doc DSmash is a ridiculous move but its only difference from Mario's is that it does 1.2% more dmg and yet it kills way earlier.
Wizkick now does 2% more damage and has no KB changes. I think we know where this goes.

the Dash attack buff is huge too, he already had one of the best dash attack in the game but now it's just ridiculous, it's so much easier following up after it & crossup DA is incredibly safe.

Oh no he's not viable or anything he's just significantly better and probably playable even in the Sheik MU now (the needle range being toned down lets OoS stuff punish it better and makes it harder to run away with them).

I will however make a bold claim: As of this patch, Ganon does not have any unwinnable MUs logistically. Ill-advised? Probably. Unwinnable? No.

Sheik has no reliable way to kill Ganon now, if we go low offstage her options are pretty bad.
We still lose but it's way more doable now.
Also Bayonetta doesn't murders us anymore because wizkick goes through bullet climax now.

yeah he has no unwinnable MUs now, Bayo was the closest thing to one but the wizkick buff made it hard but doable.

I will say most of his worst MUs got easier due to them being nerfed (Mostly Sheik. She lacks a kill confirm and you'll live FOREVER now) so it's like....yup. I think his worst MUs are gonna be 65:35 and maybe one 7:3 against him at this point.
