Best way to win, amirite?

That's why I don't really like the tier system.

I think tiers are important for competitive play and make for a good reference system, but I don't take them too seriously in my own gameplay. Certainly I'd never choose a character in any game based on the tier list.

Well, you got a good point there. I'm never like that, either. ...Well, actually my Brawl mains are all high ranked except for Sheik.

It happens accidentally sometimes. I play Captain Falcon in 64, Doc in Melee and R.O.B. in Brawl, all reasonably high-tier characters, but that's totally unintentional. I didn't even realise their tier positions until years after I played 'em!

I think it's balanced out by the fact that I also play Palutena in this game~ ;3

Yeah, I play Meta Knight (of course...), Falco, and King Dedede in Brawl. I hardly play Melee, but my best characters are still high-ranked. And then in Smash 4, I use so much characters I can't keep track.

Heh, yeah, I tend to focus on my favourite character in each game just to focus on training with that playstyle. Helps me focus so I can play to my absolute best!

King Dedede is always my favorite, so I tend to play better using him, and similar slow, powerful characters.

I respect that. I guess I prefer defensive characters with good spacing options, I can't play rushdown fighters.

Yeah. rarely do I prefer faster characters, but my Captain Falcon's pretty good.

Funny enough, this is the only Smash where I don't play Captain Falcon to some extent.

I just don't care for him in this game, even though he's good again.
