This is from a couple of months ago but he just made a new thread with Ike in the same place so I assume he logic still stands.
"bair / Up B vortex offstage. He has literally no way to stop it if you are competent at this."
He also lists a predictable strategy in "AC NAir to jab" and "jab mixups" (which aren't a thing in this game AFAIK and I called him out on that).
