Without going in detail, Luigi is widely agreed here to be in Greninja's favor. Mario, we never really got to see what the Mario mains themselves think but I believe it's even.

Ness caused some split between people who thought Greninja won and people who thought Ness won. I just take the middle ground. In general I don't know how Greninja's MUs are viewed by other people.

Thanks. In my neverending quest to find a secondary who covers those three MUs, I am exploring every character option.

If those three are the ones you need covered I think Rosalina would be your best bet. I'm pretty sure she beats those three, though PK Fire autodetonating on Luma might make the Ness MU problematic.
