Howdy, I just read your review of the R.O.B. guide I made. The guide was mostly intended for SSB Wii U, but any motion that can be performed with the C-Stick can also be performed with quick manual inputs of the Circle Pad and A Button on the 3DS. The input window is a little tight, but all of the techniques that list use of the C-Stick should be very possible. Hope that helps, and good luck learning R.O.B.!
