Nas is probably my favorite emcee/rapper of all time. But yeah, I'm into Hip-Hop/Rap and other genres. Mainly a "Golden Age"/Old-School kinda guy though.

His latest albums had a different feel to me, but I still enjoyed them. But those throwbacks though...sheesh.

common was such a huge inspiration to me while growing up and listening to his music, probably one of the first rappers i felt as though i connected w/ lyrically (love that intro to "Be" so much along with practically everything on Resurrection), pushed me to continue exploring music so seeing his name brought a fond kinda sentiment (:
