I would like an answer to this too. I play fox and my friends who play marth are the ones I have most trouble with.

I'm not Mango but I know the matchup quite well. A lot of it is not approaching Marth and making him come to you with laser pressure and keeping up the pressure(ESPECIALLY after a uthrow because Marth can't do anything to Fox below him) once you start you get in on his range.

Grab his approach or wait for him to mis-space an aerial then go ham on him and prioritize the uthrow->uair combos. If Marth is trying to grab you for his approach you can try your best to avoid it and do the run-and-gun thing.

Once you get Marth off stage, he is very easy to edgeguard/hog. Get on the edge and then dropping off->jump->bair works most of the time if a simple edgehog will not do it. However if Marth goes for the stage you can often time ledgehop on to the stage and usmash or shine/bair him back offstage again.

It's super important to learn to recognize when Marth mis-spaces an aerial so you can then rush him down and to not let him have FD under any circumstance. I'll give a few spots of me vs Marth, though bear in mind that I am not a very techincal Fox and I rely more on punishes/good recovery/spacing/combos/reads to win my matches. These are also a bit dated, personally, and I've gotten a lot better since then.

Game 2 on Yoshi's(3:00) though this does not hilight the forcing him to approach with lasers because of the small stage(I did not go Dreamland because he mains puff) http://www.twitch.tv/smashnl/c/4977965
