I did what you said, and it changed all the CSPs and BPs, yet there still isn't anything under things like FitKirby06.pac - in costume manager, the BP, CSP, Stock, etc. for costumes that weren't generally supported are still transparent like vanilla Project M. Also, I changed the mapping to CBliss Costume/Portrait, so I don't know why it isn't working.

Here's a precompiled 3.02 cbliss package. All you'd need to do is drag the files located in the projectm folder onto your sd card. This fills in the missing CSPs, and BPs for expanded slots.
Once you do that, rerun costume manager and set it to "use cBliss costume/portrait mappings"
