Hopefully, I'll get chapter 3 done soon. Did you like it? what'd you think of the alternate story?

It was great and much better than some other fan fiction I've seen, but there was a second chapter? I only found the first. It inspired me to start writing my own. Yeah. At the top and bottom of the Fanfiction page you should find the Next button. As well as the chapter title. Chapter 1 is the Beginning of Melee, the second is The First Match.

Most of the Super Smash Brothers fanfiction sucks. Honestly, what's with these apparent sadists and making bloody, gorey stories about the Smashers being evil or something and killing off the Melee veterans? Or those freaking humanized stories? I hate humanized stories! I don't want human Pokemon!

And don't even get me started on those freaking "realism" fics!

Oh, yeah, I read the first battle. I didn't know they were seperate chapters. Makes sense. You're a very talented author.

Thanks. To be honest I'm not the greatest though. Actiony fight scenes are my specialty. The Pikachu/Pichu fluffy moment from the Alternate Story was mostly me trying my hand at emotions. Did I succeed?

Ironically, my first ever scene was a complete and total 8-way train wreck of an attempt at a fight scene. it was short, lacking in details, and mostly just summed up instead of described. Luckily I've learned a few things since then, so my fight scenes, especially more recent ones, are much improved since my first attempt. Be glad you weren't witness to THAT catastrophe...
