Is not that, it's just you're not using L-cancel, which it's fundamental to do Roy combos.

Yeah I tried but the lag killed it believe me I tried my best I'm just not that used to lag

Another tip, mostly i'm just use short jump- c stick-fast fall and l-cancel, that's how i do jughles and other stuff.

I'm good at short hopping its just for some reason I dont do it that much mid fight dont know why
