I think it's bull****. There's way more to creating a game than one person, even if it's a director. The way he advertises other people as new is short-sighted, they might have plusses but they in turn have negatives. It's way too hard to quantify the positives and negatives in something like a change in director, it's a matter of trial and error.

I tend to agree,but I think that older series like this do need new twists thrown inti them from time to time in other forms than a new gameplay gimmick. I liked the goddess element in SS because it threw a new wrinkle into the mythos while staying traditional to the series.

If Zelda pumped out a series of interlinking games that added to the future of the story as opposed to filling gaps between existing games i think it could add a lot to the games
