Well, a number or reasons.
1) We already have Peach; you can't have just one Nintendo girl.
2) The reps for the Zelda franchise wouldn't both be Link.

3) The American and European release dates for A Link Between Worlds are tomorrow, with the AU release being just a day after. Going by what Masahiro Sakurai's been doing, we should see a Zelda rep tomorrow, unless he follows the Japanese release date, a very real possibility, in which we wouldn't see her until December.

4) To ease the questioning of the last statement, the CHALLENGER APPROACHING banner on smashbros.com was up for Sonic almost the whole month when he was confirmed on October 1st. When Marth was announced on November 7th, they kept the banner up until November 14th. Why? Most likely so that they can create more excitement if she's confirmed.

5) The only other choice is Ganondorf, but he's not even in A Link Between Worlds, as far as the public is aware.

So, it's pretty much guaranteed she's in, but when and what she looks like is the real question.
