To be honest, if WFT wasn't already in, I might not be so against Kawashima. But as far as unexpected characters go, I think if we get another it will be retro.

Yeah, if Kawashima doesn't somehow happen, then all for a unique obscure character.

Also TBH, without WFT, I wouldn't have discovered the potential of Dr. Kawashima and Nintendog, I mean I was rooting for Tom Nook, who is from a casual series before the E3 Trailer for Smash 4 began, why wasn't I aware enough XD.

Yeah, I suppose that WFT raises the chances of other casual series reps, but there are some really popular choices and iconic characters that will come way before Sakurai considers Kawashima or Nintendog.

Probably will depend on the amount of potential Dr. Kawashima and Nintendog have. If they have so much potential as WFT, he's probably going to add them before development of SSB4 ends.

I guess so. I just don't know if Sakurai is really considering putting a photo-realistic dog and a real person's head in Smash Bros over K. Rool, Ridley, Mac, or Palutena.

He did mention once that Villager and Nintendog were not in Brawl because they were deemed too peaceful (or possibly not fitting), at the very least he did consider Nintendog as a character so much moveset potential. Now that he has changed his mind, I'm pretty confident Kawashima and Nintendog will happen. Oh I'm sure all four of those popularly requested characters will happen, they'll be announced eventually.

I'm quite certain PETA will take considerable interest in watching a realistic-looking photogenic dog getting beat and battered around like a bloody soccer-ball.
