I would assume some kind of theme park ride or the social media videos the "I'm ticked off" clip comes from. Maybe a commercial or deleted scene

I don't think it's from the New Shrek clips; I've actually been bingewatching them out of morbid curiosity, and things don't line up with this. I'll dig around in commercial footage, though.
