i find myself only using a select few dash attacks regularly, little mac has a good one cause it's decently fast as like a burst kill option and gets the opponent off of you
ganon's is fun because the late hit is a combo starter, while the strong hit is still super beefy
there's other characters whos dash attacks i just dont use

Torgo the Bear
I use them a lot in NASB and I’ve come to use Welltaro’s a lot in Fraymakers. I believe they have good applications, they just aren’t always the most exciting move to use.

Hell yeah I like dash attacks! I mostly use them for fun, but that's because most of them are fun for me to use.
Eremurus
It's many character's fastest and most reliable burst option besides, say, a jab or something. It's a pretty significant part of a character's kit to forego, in my opinion.
