Hmmmm... okay, here's a fun one: Snake (Nokia)!

Snake Phones In!
Snake has a special mechanic - At the start of each stock, it is only a single "pixel" long, making it the lightest fighter in the game. However, most of its specials allow it to eat dots, causing it to grow longer and heavier. However, this also expands its hurtbox.
  • Neutral Special: Dot Shot
    • A single dot is shot forward from Snake, acting as a projectile which bounces along the ground (referencing Bounce, another Nokia title). Upon hitting an opponent, it falls to the ground as an item. While other opponents can throw it around, Snake can eat it to gain some length.
  • Side Special: Dot Trail
    • A trail of five dots is sent out from the front of Snake, similarly to Pac-Man's Side Special. Once all five dots have spawned, Snake charges through them, damaging opponents in its path and eating all the dots. However, it will enter freefall as soon as it does this.
  • Up Special: Nokia Cannon
    • Snake enters a Nokia Phone, which then shoots it upwards like a cannon. This causes Snake to enter freefall.
  • Down Special: Wall
    • A wall appears in front of Snake, acting as an indestructible barrier which opponents cannot move through or break. However, if Snake gets too close to the wall, it'll be launched away.

I have one: Max (Life is Strange)

Max Shows Her True Colors!
  • Neutral Special: Pipe Bomb
    • Max pulls out a pipe bomb which works identically to Snake's grenade.
  • Side Special: Rewind
    • Max begins running forwards. If she comes in contact with an opponent, she hits them with a crowbar. However, if the special button is tapped again during the dash, Max will instead teleport back to where she used the move, making this a potential fake-out tool.
  • Up Special: Temporal Jump
    • This is a two-part Up Special; The first time it is used, a silhouette of Max appears in her current position. When the Up Special is used again, Max is warped back to her silhouette, suffering very little end lag and not entering freefall if she ends up in the air. However, once the second part of the special is used, the move enters a cooldown period where it cannot be used.
  • Down Special: Temporal Freeze
    • Max casts her hand in front of herself, creating a wave of energy. Opponents hit by the wave are frozen in time for a few seconds, similarly to Shadow's Assist Trophy functionality. However, this move deals no damage and has considerable endlag if it whiffs.

The protagonist from Hack n' Slash. Idk his name and I couldn't find it on its page. (You can call him something like Url as a play on "Link" if you also can't find it and want a name.) The concept of the game seems really cool even though the execution wasn't that good if the Steam reviews are anything to go by. But I don't think you need to know much of the lore to make a good moveset. Both videos are good.

Alice Hacks n' Slashes!
(Yep, I found her name!)
  • Neutral Special: Slash N' Hack
    • Alice slashes her sword forwards. If an opponent is hit by the attack, they are frozen in place, almost as if they were command grabbed. While they're frozen, Alice can choose one of four debuffs to apply to the opponent. However, each debuff does have a cooldown once used. The debuffs include...
      • Reduced mobility (slower walks/dashes, lower jumps)
      • Reduced weight (easier to KO)
      • Reduced damage output
      • Reduced dodges
  • Side Special: Turtle
    • A turtle appears in front of Alice, waddling back and forth similarly to a Mechakoopa. However, you can also use Slash N' Hack on the turtle, but instead of debuffing it, Alice's effects will actually have the opposite effect on the turtle!
  • Up Special: Debug Platform
    • Alice places down a platform below herself, which acts similarly to Steve's blocks, with the added benefit of being unable to be damaged by opponents. However, only three of these can be out at a time, and will despawn naturally over time.
  • Down Special: Bug
    • Alice, in an attempt to change some global variables, accidentally causes a bug in Smash itself. This can have any number of effects; Reducing gravity, enlarging/shrinking all fighters, speeding up gameplay, etc. (This move alone gets Alice banned from tournament play.)

The Blue Shell.

Blue Shell Homes In!
(Couldn't tell if you meant the Blue Shell from NSMB or Mario Kart, so I made it an amalgamation of the two.)
  • Neutral Special: First-Place Seeker
    • The Blue Shell hovers in the air as it locks onto a target before ramming into them at high speed. Pretty much Sonic's Neutral Special.
  • Side Special: Shell Spin
    • The Blue Shell rockets forward while spinning, dealing multiple hits of damage in the process. If it bounces off a wall, it will keep going in the opposite direction as it gains more power. This move goes straight-forward in the air.
  • Up Special: Divebomb
    • The Blue Shell flies into the air before crashing back down, creating a large explosion upon impact.
  • Down Special: Ice Blast
    • Icy mist pours out of the Blue Shell in front of itself, being able to freeze opponents much like the Ice Climbers' Blizzard. This move stems from the Blue Shell's incarnation in the first two Mario Strikers games.

Crash Bandicoot

Crash Goes N. Sane!
  • Neutral Special: Spin / Death Tornado Spin
    • Crash spins. If you tap the special button, it is a brief spin that gives Crash reflective properties and knocks opponents away. If you hold the special button, Crash keeps spinning and can be moved left and right, but the move loses its reflective properties.
  • Side Special: Hog Wild
    • Crash hops on a wild hog and rides it forwards. He can leap off of the hog, but it will keep running forward, acting like Steve's Minecart minus the command grab.
    • (I have been considering the Humiliskate as a Ridley Side B-type command grab as well!)
  • Up Special: Arrow Crate
    • Crash uses an Arrow Crate to bounce himself into the air without entering freefall. The Arrow Crate lingers in place for a few seconds, allowing other fighters to jump off of it.
  • Down Special: Crate Crush
    • Crash throws a crate forwards. There are four types:
      • Normal Crate: A basic projectile
      • TNT Crate: Explodes three seconds after making contact with anything.
      • Nitro Crate: Explodes instantly after making contact with anything.
      • Iron Crate: Buries opponents it lands on.

Walf (Kirby)

FazDude
Walf Seeks Harbor!
Since Walf can't really do anything, I mainly based this kit off of Water Kirby (which can't actually be obtained from Walf but shhhh)
  • Neutral Special: Glunk Bubble
    • Walf spits a small bubble out of his mouth, similar to SpongeBob's bubble from NASB.
  • Side Special: Wave Surf
    • Walf rides forward on a current of water, dealing multiple hits of damage to opponents in his path.
  • Up Special: Geyser
    • Walf spits a stream of water from his mouth straight down, propelling himself upwards.
  • Down Special: Water Crown
    • Walf stomps the ground, creating a current of water around itself similar to Donkey Kong's Hand Slap.
