Who's Joker and who's Monke in this situation

Joker is the man who many would consider “ghastly”. He can be easily identified by his pale white skin, bloodshot eyes, green hair, and blood red lips. The Monke is the small gorrila being coddled by the larger gorilla. He is playing with a small monkey toy, lifting its arm curiously. He has ape like features with wrinkly black skin and a distinctive skull shape. For further clarification, Joker is the man looking through the zoo encloser at Monke, who reacts in turn by looking at him. Seeing as this image is from an american comic book, the scene moves from top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right. Joker is the man in the middle panel with a blank expression, while Monke is the gorilla in the panels next to the middle.
