Good concept, but when I said that there are gonna be Boring picks, I had in mind about kid Icarus Enemies like Monoeyes or Nutskis, which I don't want them in fighting Game.

Pit - Your basic protagonist shoto of sorts.
Three Sacred Treasures Pit - Think of him a little like Dark Ryu in a way, in that he's basically a stronger Pit.
Dark Pit - In this case, he actually uses his staff as opposed to the Silver Bow, and due to this, he's genuinely unique.
Palutena - Goddess powers! Light attacks, you get the idea.
Medusa - Similar-ish to Palutena, but different in a lot of ways too. Much stronger for starters.
Amazon Pandora - I think it would be cool if she's in her human form in base, but her dodges have her use her spirit-ball form.
Dark Lord Gaol - A heavyweight pick with a lot of close-up power and a couple of midrange options, but very few zoning tools.
Eggplant Wizard - Kinda a joke character, but I think he'd be a fun mage-like character to see.
Viridi - A cool pick that could be a weird zoner, having moves such as vine grabs and the like!
Phosphora - Funny electric woman! Lots of floaty zoning moves.
Cragalanche - A very powerful close-range attacker, though maybe not a grappler. However, he is a tank.
Pyrrhon - A cool rushdown pick that uses a mix of close-range and zoning attacks.
Magnus - The powerhouse sword man who hits with powerful disjointed hitboxes. Seems cool!
Dyntos - The idea of a crazy forging character with a ton of weapons despite being small seems like a ton of fun as an archetype.
Posideon - I think he'd be a really fun puppet-archetype with a ton of different sea-based animals to use, as well as water-based attacks and, of course, his trident.
Whilst 15 characters isn't as much as other types, I think it could work out!
