    I’m a huge fan of old NES/Famicom manual artwork for characters. Link, Samus, Pit, even Mario all looked so goofy and pudgy in the artwork on those small pages

    Fantastic. I had said I was nostalgic for an old game that I had only played more recently because I had known of and studied said game for years before it became available to me. So in a way I was nostalgic for the times from when I learned of the game when finally playing it. Glad to see I wasn’t off base

    My most nostalgic games are decently old:
    Wario land 3, Zelda OOA/ OOS and Kirby super star ultra to name a few!
    But the Modernised version of Links awekenings ingame link is really nostalgic to me!
    Such a perfect translation of the ingame sprite!

    I wish they could've adapted the more obscure picks of earlier Smash games into a third party-centric crossover. There are so many one-and-done 90s Sega and 00s Microsoft characters who would be perfect for Smash

    Yeah while im technically fine with third partys i hate it how many people hate on added nintendo rep dudes Smash is a nintendo franchise!
