Its definitely difficult. I can't wrap my mind quite around it, but I guess I try wave dashing to ledge before the up B and immediately dropping with an aerial while using the invulnerability, that way the sword doesn't hit. The forward tilt is super difficult to time and carries your hurtbox...

Lucas is hard, man. Hyperflame gave me a royal beating. Very difficult to deal with.

Just use a disjoint or utilize ledge invulnerability ;) Squirtle's recovery isn't that annoying once you understand it.

I use it with any character I play... but characters like Luigi and Squirtle will get the most mileage off of it. HyperFlame even talked about how its pretty good for Lucas in his latest Lucas tutorial with Junebug. Also... nobody calls wave-dashing down, "wave-dropping." LOL
