My most wanted is 100% Venonat. I always envision them as a rather cowardly character with incredibly weak and stubby normals since their limbs are so ridiculously tiny, but very powerful specials that apply poison and force you to play at their pace

Genuinely think this matchup might be like, 70-30 in Sora's favor cause it is so hard to ko him without being able to edgeguard. Even being as light as he is he still manages to live to upwards of 150% when I fight him

With how much time I've put into it I'd be hard pressed to say I got nothing out of it, but I've definitely fallen off it these days. It was hard to go back to after Wario got nerfed since he was the character I was really taking a liking to at the time.

I don't think Capcom's the one that decides which of their characters gets into Smash though. Maybe they could push for different characters but I imagine Nintendo/Sakurai approaches them with a character they've already decided upon.

I think traditional fighting game characters are a unique case as thus far they've all universally had the same specific mechanic/gimmick (Even Min Min though not being from a traditional fighter, you could still argue has a variation of this gimmick too) and I can't imagine anymore we get in...

The game is coming out in two months and already had a pretty extensive segment in one of the last directs so I don't really think it needed another one

Haven't played DE yet but based on my experience with the Wii version I would assume fashion gear is only reaally useful if you want characters to always wear their standard clothing, or to go over swimsuit armor which will sometimes be the best gear you have
