I just slide my thumb from Y to B. You start to learn how fast you need to do it, and I don't even bother fast falling. I find it harder to tap jump to shdl, but I'm a player that doesn't use tap jump anyway so yeah.

I used to think it was random back when Melee has just come out. Took me about a year to figure out it was smash/tilt :/
