    On paper it is Luigi or Jigglypuff. But accounting for human error I would say heavies or obviously Lucario. I don't see how Pichu is even a contender (Lightest character and no super strong early gimmicky kills). No Game & Watch?? I've come back from a 3-1 stock deficit by getting a 9.

    In the last game? Most Japanese tier list have him high tier in ultimate. Especially with players like Raito showing what he can do.
