Are there any legititmate ressources of numbers (damage, framedata etc.) pre patch to test and compare them to?

I haven't realy been active here lately and I might still be inactive, because i don't play a lot of smash 4, but I thought I'd just drop by and wish everyone a happy new year. Has anything major happened (regarding Ness) in the last ~6months? Like any new discovery or balance change?

Ness might be too good for Roy to be a bad MU, but Ness will probadly have a worse MU against Roy than other top-tier characters. He got good priority, range and speed (he is way faster than marth/lucina) and that combination might be good against us, but that depends on how good Roy will be in...

Roy seems different enough for me to not be a clone. on top of that he seems way better than marth and lucina for me, he might be a bad MU for us

ness buffs, sweet on another note, fthrow kills 600% sooner ... sounds like the biggest buff, but is still useless
