Falcon dive can be used OOS but should be done seldomly. If they predict it it's easy to spot dodge or even just bait, and either way they get a free punish. I think Usmash is the same, except on some ways worse just because its range is so small.

I feel like there's a lot more to this. If you do it low enough and they DI as you said, then they'll either be in an extremely disadvantageous position (one that many characters have trouble recovering from) or they'll have to tech the stage. If you want a cool edge guard using dair, my favorite is, hanging on the ledge, drop down Dair > Bair. It's a little tough to time, but there are many, many characters who can do almost nothing to stop it.

I've never really had problems with the missles. We can nair right through them. They're only ever really a threat when I'm recovering or when I'm waking up into them.

Can't say I know what you're talking about. The only way I know of to chaingrab someone with the new throws is if they DI Dthrow toward you, and they'd literally have no reason to do that so it's only going to ever happen as a major mistake.
