Not sure why Meta Knight's nair is in A tier, it's kind of mediocre. Also, Mewtwo's nair should be A tier, the hitbox is massive and lasts a very long time. Not to mention that it combos into a bunch of other stuff, like the footstool Disable combo.

You should also take into account how fast they are as well. For example, Ness's might not do much damage, but it's so fast that he will usually be able to get a few pummels in before needing to throw. For some of the slower pummels, you risk having your opponent break out of the grab if you do...

Nosferatu is C tier pretty much just by virtue of being a command grab, since command grabs are amazing.

Nosferatu should definitely be moved to C. The vertical hitbox is deceptively large, so it's very easy to punish someone shielding on a platform.

Aight, so first of all, Arcfire can't be perfect shielded and has a lingering hitbox, which means it completely stops any sort of grounded approach. It is somewhat ineffective against characters that can run underneath it, but the only characters who can do that are Sonic, Pikachu, Meta Knight...

After watching ZeRo Saga (especially ZeRo vs. Locus), I'm convinced that Monkey Flip is S tier. The reward is medium, but the risk is so low that you can just throw it out willy-nilly and rarely be punished for it as long as you don't misspace it. Like I said, the reward from connecting it is...

The more I read his posts, the more I'm convinced that Zapp Branniglenn doesn't actually play Smash 4, he just theorycrafts. Half the posts he makes are along the lines of "Oh, this move is bad because if you do [action] then the move is useless" despite the fact that there are these things...

Move all of the chargeable/storeable projectiles to A tier (Robin, Samus, WFT, Pacman). I would also move Luigi to A tier. Move Meta Knight, Ike, and Pit to B tier.

Yeah, Luigi fireball is godlike. Probably A tier.

Robin's Thunder should probably be no lower than A tier, mainly because Arcthunder is one of the best projectiles in the game. Imagine if ZSS's paralyzer stunned for twice as long and locked the opponent into shield when shielded. It's honestly a good thing Robin is so slow, any fast character...

Move Little Mac, Pit, and Dark Pit to S tier. Also, Wario's might be bad, but it's not so much worse than any other to warrant its own tier.

Pit and Dark Pit are S tier. Comes out crazy fast and barely has any endlag. Super spammable.

First of all, Mario's usmash definitely does enough shield pushback to put him out of range of Little Mac's dtilt or Cloud's Cross Slash. Second of all, does this take into account shieldstun? Mario's usmash does a pretty decent amount of shieldstun. Lol, you're insane, dude. The intangibility...

Although Mario's usmash technically isn't safe on shield, the shield pushback it does means that there are very few characters who can actually punish it.

@Zapp Branniglenn Doesn't Falcon's up smash have relatively low endlag, though? EDIT: Yep, 24 frames of endlag, only 5 frames slower than Ganondorf's.
