I think Ganondorfs biggest buff in Ultimate is that he no longer runs like he has to take a dump from Brawl and Smash 4. He now has an intimidating dash animation.

Keep in mind that his up B is also a kill move. Some may challenge it but it they miss or are too late to hit him out of it, it could result in their death. It's also is not as slow as people make it out to be. It looks like it comes out faster then foxes but I could be wrong on that.

Yeah it's weird they changed it. Mabey the new version was supposed to be for Dark Samus but also they replaced Ridley's with it also. I agree the E3 version was better.
