I'd pick first level from Doom Eternal. A destroyed city filled with hell fire and lava. The background would have inactive mechas, titans carrying those fortresses on their backs, the Deag Citadel, and flying Cacodemons. Also have some Imps scurrying around maybe infighting with some Arachnotrons.

The only way I can see a Doom movie really working, is if you make it like Hardcore Henry. An action packed spectacle with minimal plot. Basically that like that first person scene from Doom 3...but make the whole movie that.
