Word is a HD remaster of the original trilogy could be getting announced pretty directly. It'd be asinine to think the Switch would be left out and if this does indeed come true, a Scorpion appearance in Smash becomes A LOT more likely.

Oh yeah, lol. It's weird that I generally don't see him even brought up for assist trophy material. But he is perfect for Smash and he does have an upcoming remake on the horizon.

I freely admit I really have no idea who or what Geno is outside of knowing he's from Super Mario RPG and, for some reason, wants in a game despite not appearing in 20+ years. I know people have their reasons and that's cool. However. I couldn't mind chuckle at this:

Crash, Sora and Dante I can get behind. Rest I'd be "whatever" about. The #1 character I want is Scorpion.

I know this has slim to no chances at actually being a thing, but I've always wanted a second Trainer-type fighter with three Poke'mon at his disposal, either based on a standard Team Rocket goon or Giovanni. I'm sure Meowth could be one of them. My dream line up for it always included Nidoking...

I'm voting no, if only for the fact the game has enough fire type fighters and I'd rather see another new Poke'mon make an appearance if one must. Doesn't have to be a starter.

Would KILL for Doom Guy to get announced. I also had an idea for a Final Smash that briefly turns the game into an FPS where you play through the Doom Guy's eyes with the BFG, blasting opponents that were "caught" in the activation of the FS. So you hit the targets several times before it...

Wanting: - Scorpion - Doom Guy - Spyro - Crash - Lara Croft - Heihachi Mishima Expecting - Skull Kid or Another Zelda rep - Spyro - New Poke'mon from Sword & Shield - Heihachi Mishima - Crash - A HUGELY unexpected guest fighter like Master Chief or another let down like this final DLC was.

As I said in another thread, I'm not mad or against someone like Joker in the game as DLC. He has his fans and people like his game. Yeah, I never played it and I doubt I will, but he plays pretty fun. However, I do have trouble wrapping my head around how he was included before iconic gaming...
