My fighter predictions for Smash Ultimate as of now:
1. Geno, I'd say a 99% chance of getting in at this point
2. Shadow, an echo of Sonic with altered specials
3. Isaac or Skull Kid, it'll definitely be a newcomer who's been requested for a long time
4. Gardevoir *and* Gothitelle, with Gothitelle as an echo of Gardevoir
5. Celica or Isabelle, an echo of Robin or Villager
It's hard to imagine who might get in, but the rules for newcomers seem to be "be heavily fan-requested" and the rules for echoes seem to match the ones for Smash 3DS and Wii U which are "have a game that released around development" with the additional rule of being easy to make.
