    I don't know what the 20 value is supposed to be. I've also seen it in the Brawl version of the move but with no documentation on what it does. The 0.1 value could either be the friction or aerial control. The 0.05 value seems to be for acceleration.

    why dont people abuse shine? Here are some useful shine techniques.

    My guess is that because Shine is extremely difficult to utilise to its fullest. That shield break combo you mentioned requires you to be perform frame perfect shines every time. Even if you perform the Shine one frame too late, it won't work.

    You have to open the character files in Crazy Hand. You shouldn't try opening them with a movie viewer or w/e. PK Flash is a projectile so you will not find it in Ness' character file. You will find it in the projectiles section on Crazy Hand. Then I guess you just give PK Flash a freeze effect.

    For a spike. You can pretty much use any number in-between 281 and 315. Or you could do anything from 259 to 225 if you want the spike to send the opponent backwards.
