    You have to change the name in the Cosmetic file using a Hex Editor.

    That's how it works. You can add in new characters using this method and they can have new original movesets.

    I know how to add characters, and almost all of the characters work on my Wii, but Dolphin just crashes. I have tried different Brawlex files and modules, but they never work for me. I don't add the CSPs or BPs until I know that the character works, so there isn't a problem with that.

    Most of the characters I add to my build crash the game when entering a match. I have tried everything to fix the problem. Is there anything else that I should try?

    PMEX Issues

    I had played both Alm's build and made my own on Dolphin and the characters I added had worked just fine. But now most of the characters I add don't work, and I can't figure out what the problem is with them. I use Dolphin 5.0, if that helps.
