While I do believe there'd certainly be some backlash to pretty much any 1st party character at this point, I feel that Porky wouldn't get as much hate as someone like Byleth, as he would be a rather unique fighter from a series that has doesn't have as much representation as Fire...

If anyone cares, I'd like to see Zant in Smash. I really like his general design and personality.

I think these three would be a great addition to the Smash roster, as they would represent modern Kirby games and give Kirby a real antagonist in Smash (Dedede and Meta Knight aren't really antagonists at this point).

I think this thread is dead (or wasn't alive in the first place) but Necrozma is one of the only Pokemon I actively want in Smash. It has a really menacing design and unique abilities, and would in my opinion be quite enjoyable to play as.

On terms of new Kirby reps, I think Magalor would be one of the best. I support him.

While I think the Mage Sisters would be better Star Allies representation, I'll still voice my support here, as Hyness is pretty cool (Although I don't think anyone will notice this thread anyway).

Grimm would be awesome to see, but on the slim chance a Hollow Knight character gets in, it's not gonna be him. Still, I support regardless.

If anyone's still here, I'd like to voice my support for Mr. Sylux. I'm not too familiar with Metroid, but he seems cool, and I generally support adding more 1st party characters instead of 3rd party ones.
