    Are you asking for a Sephiroth main or a Mario main?

    If you're Sephiroth, I'd rely on moves like Fair, Bair and up-angled F-tilt to stop Mario's aproaches from the air. Don't sit in shield much because Mario has great shield pressure and great reward off grab. If he does get in your shield, its often best to try not to punish him out of shield and instead roll, spot dodge or jump away.

    If you're Mario, know you're heavily outclassed in terms of range. Use fire balls to try and close the gap, and make your approach hard to predict by attacking from differnent jump heights and angles. Don't be afraid to shield, but if it starts to get low be careful not to get it broken by a Smash attack. Know your combos and advantage state - neutral is really hard for Mario in this match up so you want to try to keep Sephiroth caught in juggles, combos and ledgetraps as long as possible.

    Does anyone have any idea how to beat bowser?!? I can beat any other character except for bowser

    Don’t get hit. It seems like bad advice but since Bowser is so slow you can see whenever he’s going to attack. Also you can juggle him really easily
