Have people changed hit effects before? Like not just colors I wonder how cool melee would look if it had like maplestory-like hit animations like in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySKFzPddW60

Man I've looked through all the percentage fonts and every single one always seems like a step down from the regular one... Can someone make one that is the same size or bigger than the original, and also with a nicer font? Same for the clock too

the .usd and .dat files are interchangeable so it doesn't matter which you put into which. if your game is freezing you installed a broken skin, so you should try to identify which skin specifically that was and replace it. it sounds like it was a falcon one

This is awesome, but are you sure all of the CSP's accurately portray the alternate costumes? I remember the first post about this and I switched out all the CSP's and I'm pretty sure I did them correctly but the costumes in the CSP weren't always correct with the left and right portraits. I'll...

@Minerali those are so cool! If you have time could you make the Alienpuff a green skin with the flower removed, and the Biblethump a neutral one? Just suggestions, I would do it myself but the costume textures are different for Puff

It won't mess anything up you just need the files you need for the wii, the rest don't interfere

How would you go about modding the closed port textures? I tried doing some editing but there's some weird transparency conflicts sometimes with half of the port showing (top-right) or sometimes with it fully showing, idk it's hard to explain

Yes but you need a 4GB or bigger SD I think. Just make two separate iso's for 3.02 and 4.05 and you can rename them in HxD to distinguish between them when you open Nintendont.
