Charizard was actually above 100(173), while lucario was at 13%, i actually tested it earlier with a friend at the exact same percentages, and was unable to recreate what happened in the video.

Little addition to what Ace said: CODE played Marth during the tournament, and i only played snake 1 game vs Fays which i lost. But damn that was a fast post Ace, guess i couldn't beat you to the punch this time. EDIT: ignore the part about snake, forgot that i used him vs Jeffrey.
