I always thought it was weird that the Jane info-dump had it correlated to a male costume, since the alt versions of characters seem to be alternating. But, thinking about it, it's not that farfetched. It's either one of two possibilities. Pikachu has a female version as the last two slots...

As a DR fan, I’d love it for Monokuma to get in. I don’t really expect it, but I don’t think the chances are exactly zero either.
