I don't think ZSS is a bad MU to the point you need a secondary. (nothing sort of Pikachu or Sheik will help anyway) Just focus on improving your fundamentals. Maybe if you have videos to show, we can give more specific advice.

I don't think the last, killing hit is necessarily a windbox. I think it does have a small amount of hitstun like the first few hits. That being said, the windbox of the later multihits can definitely result in a kill if they try to alter their momentum...
