Its a command grab that you can b-reverse and gives you insane amounts of momentum and its not to laggy, plus you can use it to cancel jump

I was talking more about his grabs not his neutral b, and even then a smart player (or most top tiers) can avoid this by camping with projectiles or straight up out ranging it *cough cough CLOUD cough cough*

Thats what I'm thinking but most people seem to agree that yoshi who hasnt placed well at majors is better then luigi who has more people playing him and has done relatively better then yoshi at most majors.

I agree, but I think it comes down to once the opponent figures out the yoshi players is kinda over you just not gonna kill them unless you get some jank set up and one of yoshi's best set ups (jab) stops working at higher percents.

Both sad and both are true, but what I mean is why place yoshi higher then someone like r.o.b or luigi?

I would like to start a discussion about yoshi in the current meta, for example his overall mus with top tiers and what does he bring to the table that other characters don't. As well as his weaknesses, for example his lack of kill power or poor grab game. :4yoshi:

I was wondering, what is everyone thoughts about yoshi at a higher level, to give an example players such as The wall and Raptor compared to other yoshis such as Blob.

There is a villager in my area that does well until top 3 where he loses to mewtwo and mario, and I think that happens to villager in general. Does well until they hit a top tier player on a top tier like mario or mewtwo.

Same, I never find a hard time killing as pit.

As someone who plays pit I would have to agree he can only go so far. He is to based on fundamentals. A thing I would like to say is Pit/Dark Pit are the most balanced characters in the game.
