Camelot 100% went out of their way to throw tribute to the GS fans since Mia is just Mary in the Japanese version. 4th character of the group, to boot! The little hints of Mt. Aleph in the distance, the architecture that's structurally reminiscent of Vale, Kolima, and the deserts in the games...

I touched up the Isaac Render by Nibroc-Rock, adjusting the colors and some of the proportions to match some of the other concept art from the games. Feel free to use, no credit needed but do give a shout-out to Nibroc-Rock.

Congratulations on 19 years, the series and its community have really come a long way since then!

Well, if the leak is real, something to consider is that Nintendo still has time to redo the character artwork for the scroll and place them in different locations to make the leak lose its credibility while still (eventually) showing off the same characters. Having Isaac in would be a dream...

The Rathalos tweet may have surprised Sakurai, with Isaac fans coming out of the woodworks. But it's also a post with not as much traction as his other Smash tweets or reveals. Not to say the hype generated by it is overrated, but we really should be applying the #isaac4smash and #goldensun...

The Golden Sun artist who passed away earlier this year is Hiroshi Kajiyama, responsible for many of the monster designs for the series. The character designer is Shin Yamanouchi. It's still a very heartfelt loss for the series. Let's try to keep from spreading misinformation.
